Consultants responsibilites are focused on services involving Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.  Services include assisting hospitals and multi-provider systems obtain appropriate reimbursement and implement operational and financial systems to improve financial performance.  All personnel are responsible for overall client satisfaction and coordination of firm resources to hospital clientele, including preparation and re-opening of Medicare/Medicaid cost reports, development and resolution of corresponding administrative and technical appeals, implementation services regarding prospective payment systems including disproportionate share, chargemaster improvement, APC payments, compliance assistance and implementation of cost accounting systems.  Consulting services include assistance to acute care, critical access, rehabilitation, psychiatric, children’s hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home healthcare, physical therapy providers and hospital-based clinics.
